With over 19 years of Anderson home building experience, Allen Parnell understands the needs of the Anderson home buyer. His reputation of integrity along with an emphasis on the buyer’s individual needs, have transformed what used to be a part-time job in high school into a career and a passion for building custom homes and commercial construction in Anderson, South Carolina.

Allen became a licensed Residential Contractor in 1989, and with the help of his father, Colyer Parnell, PARCO Builders Inc. was established in 1990. He took his vision one step further in 2001 and became a licensed General Contractor, expanding his trade to include commercial construction.
